| To say training is important is an
understatement. But the measure of software is often how much
training is required to feel comfortable operating the system.
Very complicated technologies often have knowledge requirements that
are insurmountable for "normal" people. And often
complexity is mistaken for quality. The best
systems are those that are simple, effective, and easy to learn.
That's a balance we strive to achieve. A very robust, functional product that is easy to understand and use as well. To support that objective we offer training at our site, your site. Each has benefits and conveniences. We will work with you to develop a plan that gives your staff the information and training necessary to be effective. Our standard training classes cover the system basics and give project teams a foundation to build on. That foundation is added to during the pilot process. Our online documentation, cookbooks, and help desk refresh the information learned during classes. Our philosophy is to train the trainers and the classes are geared to that goal. Whenever possible we train with the customers actual data to enhance the learning process.
